Tasting Notes

Bird says... "10 year old Speyside.

A little oddler upon first taste.

Hides behind the sofa for a bit and then comes out screaming at you brandishing fruit, vanilla leaves and aniseeds.

Definitely benefits from a little water added.

Strong sherry cask presence mixed with breath freshener.

Think it's growing on me. Like that algal infection I got from interfering with tree bark.

Quaz says... "Quite demure. A bit spicey and peppery in the middle with a hint of butterscotch in the finish.

Not one of your big peaty or salty numbers, but it grows on you and will be preferred by anyone who doesn't like the big, obvious malts. The most like a standard Scotch. My wife says it 'Tastes of Whisky'."

Chump slurs... "Ah! Mnnn guhh fur CAIRO!!!!"

Guhh says... "blah blah blah"
