Bird says... "The 12-year-old Caol Ila (pronounced “Cull Eela” and meaning “Cull Eels!”) is like a warm, damp, over-affectionate dog that leaps up, knocking you over, pressing you to the oily turf outside a bakery specialising in vanilla slices and juniper berry tarts.

Licking your face, it becomes apparent that this dog has been previously used for lab testing by Phillip Morris, but it’s better than having Pedigree Kanga Chunk breath so the whole experience is relatively soothing in a furry kind of way.
